"Eurasian Business Union" - at a solemn ceremony of summarizing of competition "the Moscow quality -2017"

Chairman of the "Eurasian Business Union" Victor Kamolov took part in the contest best goods and services "Moscow quality-2017", which took place in Moscow chamber of Commerce and industry.

At the ceremony together with the Chairman of the Board of Trustees named Peter Stolypin Mushegh Mamikonyan Victor Kambolov awarded winners of the contest in the nomination "Dried products (balyk, basturma, sudzhuk, etc.)".


The event was also attended by the President of the Moscow CCI, Moscow city Duma Deputy Vladimir Platonov, Chairman of Moscow city Duma Alexey Shaposhnikov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow in Government of Moscow on economic policy and property and land relations Natalya Sergunina, the chief editor of the newspaper "Evening Moscow" Alexander Kupriyanov, head of the Department of trade and services capital Alexey ameryk, head of Department of economic policy and development of the city Vladimir Yefimov, head of the Department of science, industrial policy and entrepreneurship Alexey Fursin.


This year the competition was held for the third consecutive year among meat processing enterprises in the Moscow region in the following categories: varenokopchenye products (pork, ham, pork chops, etc.); varenokopchenye sausage; cooked sausage; finished products (pâté, bacon, Brawn etc); smoked sausages; semi-finished products (kebabs, fried sausages, etc.); hot dogs and sausages; dried products (balyk, basturma, sudzhuk, etc.); smoked sausage.

Special category – best farming production; best new/innovative product; the most popular brand (trademark); product for baby food product for dietary nutrition.


In determining the best producers have taken part more than 40 thousand Muscovites. Products with the highest number of votes at the end of the Internet voting has been tested in the laboratory, partner of the contest. The samples were investigated according to the following criteria: conformity of the structure of what is listed on the label, the presence of harmful substances in the composition, the presence of pathogens in the composition, the organoleptic properties according to GOST. Thus, in the course of the competition failed to take into account not only the preferences of citizens, but also the expert community and the results of laboratory tests. All products are finalists and winners of the contest complies with the safety criteria stated on the labels composition.
